   I needed to return the first truss set I ordered because it was the wrong size. I ordered this replacement and requested an RMA to return the original purchase, AS YOU REQUIRE. For weeks, I could not receive any response to my request for the RMA until I filed this issue with PayPal. I immediately heard from Caravan who told me since the order error was my fault, the return did not require an RMA. I was supplied with the return address. If I do not receive my refund I will take it up with my bank.

   Your website states for returns:

   “At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom goods are nonrefundable, other than because of manufacturing or materials defect (this does not cover normal wear and tear). For additional information, please call Customer Service at 877-9CANOPY – (877) 922-6679 .

   All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive your RMA number call our Customer Service team at 877-9CANOPY – (877) 922-6679 . If your product is a custom order – and if the problem is a warranty issue, your sales representative can also issue a RMA number. Caravan is not responsible for any returns that are returned without a RMA number. Additionally, if you should need these items returned to you – Caravan will not absorb the shipping cost if they have been sent to us without an RMA number.”
