All refurbished products sold by Caravan Canopy do not include any warranty. .If refurbished frames are delivered damaged or with defects, we can replace the parts as long as it is within the 30 day time frame. However, if any damages were to occur onto the refurbished top/frame after the 30 day period, replacements are to be ordered at the discretion of the customer

Price is good, however there was a crossmember bolt and nut missing on both awning frames. I found them in the box and was able to fix them.
