   Terrible customer service! They sent me the wrong part. The part i ordered was the correct part as indicated on my order invoice but they sent the wrong part. They refuse to handle anything by phone only email. I was told to send pictures of the wrong part and my invoice to have it resolved. All they had to do was look at my invoice and they could see they sent the wrong part but they refuse to do anything over the phone. So then i get an email stating the correct part is on back order for some time and do i still want it. I said no i wasnt waiting i would buy a new canopy but not their brand, so do they send me a refund for the wrong part they sent, NO. Do not order from them!!

   Excellent customer service- they made sure I received the correct part, and even put the 2 bars together after viewing pictures & knew exactly which 2 I needed (which were connected in the middle).
